HP ProCurve Networking - Support technique

If you have an open support call with HP, you might be asked by your HP Support Engineer to complete a "required data" form for the product(s) involved in the call. The forms are listed below. If you are asked to complete the form, please do the following:

1. Save the appropriate form to your local PC or workstation using the "Save As..." option under the "File" menu in your Web browser. Each form is a plain ASCII text file.
2. Complete the form in a text editor or word processor. Please be sure to save it as a plain ASCII text file. Please be sure you have filled in ALL fields on the form.
3. E-mail or fax the form to the address or phone number given by your HP Support Engineer. Please be sure to include all required attachments.
