Getting Master ASE ProCurve status signifies your mastery in designing, implementing and support ProCurve Solutions for complex, heterogeneous, enterprise environments. Symbol of excellence, Master ASE certification is attained in technical specialties referred to as disciplines:
  • ProCurve Master ASE Secure Mobility Specialist
  • ProCurve Master ASE Convergence Specialist (*)
  • ProCurve Master ASE Security Specialist

When you achieve ASE - ProCurve Networking & Convergence certification, plus any one of the VoIP certifications listed in our credential, you will become a Master ASE - ProCurve Networking Convergence Specialist, capable of recommending and implementing an end-to-end Convergence solution to your customers or in your place of business.

MASE specialty #1 - ProCurve Networking Secure Mobility Specialist [2008]

This level of certification establishes the competencies required for hands-on design, integration and support of Adaptive Edge secure mobility solutions for complex, enterprise networks. Given a set of customer business requirements, a MASE is expected to perform consultative planning, architecting and leading the deployment of secure ProCurve mobility solutions. This may include products and components from other vendors as necessary to solve business needs. Key focus is on understanding the security impacts of applications and network services (such as such as roaming).
Prerequisite ASE - ProCurve Networking & Mobility
Pre study Successful completion of ProCurve Wireless LAN Security Fundamentals (self-paced training) and its associated self assessment exam Non-HP site

This level of certification establishes the competencies required for hands-on design, integration and support of Adaptive Edge converged solutions for complex, enterprise networks, including VoIP and other multi-media applications. Given a set of customer business requirements, a MASE is expected to perform consultative planning, architecting and leading the deployment of ProCurve solutions capable of supporting converged applications. This will include products and components from other vendors as necessary to solve business needs. Key focus is on understanding and addressing the network performance impacts of applications and network services (such as QoS and security).

Prerequisites: Either ASE - ProCurve Networking & Mobility or ASE - ProCurve Networking & WAN Technologies
