How to access warranty support

HP ProCurve offers two different ways to access warranty support services. Either you can engage with a ProCurve engineer directly by calling your country's direct access phone number or you can access extensive 24x7 web support services

Before accessing HP ProCurve support services please have ready the following information:
  • Product Name (e.g., ProCurve Switch 2848)
  • Product Number (e.g. J4904A)
  • Product Serial Number (e.g. US402YZ0A1)
  • Proof of purchase
If you purchased upgraded warranty coverage, please record the following information:
  • Level of coverage purchased (e.g., 4 hour onsite, 24 x 7)
  • Duration of coverage (e.g. 3 years)
  • Support Agreement ID (SAID)
  • Date of purchase

The following hardware products and their related family modules have a one-year warranty with extensions available: The ProCurve Routing Switch 9300m Series, ProCurve Routing Switch 9408sl Series, ProCurve Switch 8100fl Series, ProCurve Access Control Server 745wl, and the ProCurve Network Access Controller 800.
