Details about Telephone Support

The telephone support included in the purchase price of HP ProCurve products provides you technical assistance during HP local business hours. This assistance is for product-specific questions on product features and specifications, installation, general configuration, basic troubleshooting, and usage. The support is provided on a commercially reasonable effort basis, and there is no charge by HP to use this support.
